All the programs used on this site were designed and developed by use for one simple reason: Our clients want special "adjustments" that most other "freebie" software cannot accommodate (or accommodate well).

Custom creation of PHP applications is by quote only with a minimum charge of $350. All PHP programs include at a minimum:

• State of the art visitor data entry interface
• Direct data saves to MySQL databases
• Administrative "back end" to control the actions of the program, including
  • Database backups (via email as a file attachment)
  • Other elements required for a specific application (e.g. reporting).
  • The ability to modify raw data
    

Licensing is very simple: The development fee cited in a quote is also the licensing fee. You are permitted unlimited use of the finished product for the life time of the website onto which programs are installed. It is only if you wish to have a second copy installed on a different website that an additional fee is required. Typically, the second copy fee is roughly 1/3 the original development fee -- and includes installation, setup and testing of the second copy. There are no monthly or annual "usage fees."
